The Bright Side Play Place – Therapy Provider Facility Use Rates
The Bright Side welcomes therapists and service providers whose work supports children and families. To ensure that the space remains available, sustainable, and accessible, the following facility use rates apply.
Visiting Providers
For independent therapists or agency-employed clinicians who wish to use The Bright Side for occasional client sessions.
Rate: $20 per client session
This rate applies to therapists who do not have a dedicated treatment space or recurring facility agreement and are utilizing The Bright Side for individual client visits.
Organizational Partnerships
For agencies, school districts, healthcare organizations, and other entities seeking recurring access to The Bright Side for client services.
Rates may be established through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or Facility Use Agreement and may include:
$50–$75 half-day use
$150–$200 full-day use
Monthly or annual partnership agreements for recurring services
Reserved treatment space or recurring scheduling arrangements
Organizational partnership rates will be determined based on frequency of use, staffing needs, and space requirements.
Exclusive Facility Rental
For organizations requiring private use of the entire facility, including closure to outside drop-in play and public admission during the rental period.
Half-Day Exclusive Rental (up to 4 hours): $250
Full-Day Exclusive Rental (more than 4 hours): $500
Exclusive rentals may be appropriate for:
Evaluations and assessments
Therapeutic programming
Group services
Staff training
Family events
Community programs
Agency-sponsored activities
Advance scheduling is required and is subject to facility availability.
Provider Responsibilities
All therapists and service providers utilizing The Bright Side remain independently responsible for:
Professional licensure and certification
Professional liability insurance
Client documentation and records
Billing and reimbursement
Clinical supervision requirements
Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards
Use of The Bright Side Play Place does not create an employment relationship, referral relationship, clinical partnership, or agency relationship between The Bright Side and any provider or organization.
Mission-Based Flexibility
The Bright Side's primary mission is to strengthen access to services and support for children and families. The Bright Side may, at its discretion, enter into alternative partnership arrangements or reduced-fee agreements when doing so advances that mission and benefits the community. This allows flexibility while ensuring the sustainability of the facility and its programs.
